Blend Thru Ltd, trading as Blend Coffee Shop (Akamantidos 24, Chloraka, Cyprus — “we”, “us”), respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use https://blendcy.com/, why, and what rights you have over it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
Order details — your name, phone number and email, what you ordered, and for delivery your address, apartment or floor, delivery notes and the approximate map position of the address you typed. Needed to prepare and deliver your order and to reach you if something goes wrong.
Account details — if you create a Blend account: your email, order history and Blend Club stamp count. Sign-in uses a one-time email link handled by our authentication provider; we never see or store a password.
Payment information — if you pay online, your card details are entered directly on Viva Payments’ secure page. We never see or store your card number, expiry date or CVV — only whether the payment succeeded.
Technical data — a hashed (irreversible) form of your IP address, kept to prevent abuse of the order form.
Analytics (only if you accept) — which pages you visit, which menu item or link you tap, and a general category for how you arrived (direct, social media, search engine or another website). Never a name, account, precise location or advertising identifier. This goes to our own website reporting tool and Google Analytics 4. If you decline, none of this is collected.
How we use it
To confirm, prepare and hand over or deliver your order; to show you its live status; to run Blend Club; to process card payments and refunds through Viva Payments; and to contact you about a specific order. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Viva Payments — processes card payments on our behalf. Supabase — our database and sign-in provider. OpenStreetMap Nominatim — the delivery address you type is sent to look up its approximate position and distance from the shop. Our delivery driver — sees the name, phone number, address and delivery notes of the orders they deliver, and only while delivering them. G&B Web Library and Google Analytics 4 — only if you accept analytics, and only the aggregate information described above.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as your account exists, or for guest orders, for a reasonable period to handle follow-up questions, refunds or disputes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Cookies & local storage
The site uses your browser’s local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember your basket, your recent orders on this device, your analytics choice and, if you are signed in, your session. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 may set its own first-party cookies to distinguish repeat visits. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
