Terms & Conditions

These terms apply whenever you order from Blend Coffee Shop (Blend Thru Ltd, Akamantidos 24, Chloraka, Cyprus) online, whether for collection or delivery. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Ordering

• Orders are placed through https://blendcy.com/order/ and go straight to the shop — there's no separate confirmation email.
• Prices shown are in euros and include any applicable tax.
• Collection orders get an automatic 10% discount off the listed price.
• Delivery is free within 2 km of the shop, with a €4 minimum order. Outside that radius, we currently can't deliver.
• We do our best to have every item on the menu available, but during busy periods some items may run out — we'll contact you if that affects your order.

Payment

• You can pay by card online through Viva Payments (see our Privacy Policy for how that's handled), or cash at the door/counter.
• Card payments are only confirmed once Viva Payments notifies us the payment succeeded — your order isn't sent to the kitchen until then.
• If a card payment fails or is cancelled, no charge is made and the order isn't prepared.

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — they can be affected by weather, traffic, or how busy we are.
• Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct — we can't be responsible for a failed delivery caused by wrong details.
• Hot and cold drinks are prepared close to dispatch time to arrive in the best condition possible.

Cancellations & refunds

• Because drinks and food are made fresh to order, we can only cancel an order before preparation has started — call us on 70 000 305 as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
• If we can't fulfil your order (e.g. an item is unavailable, or we're unable to deliver), we'll let you know and refund any card payment in full.
• If there's a genuine problem with what you received — wrong order, quality issue — contact us on 70 000 305 or [email protected] and we'll put it right or refund you.

Blend Club (loyalty)

One stamp is earned per qualifying drink, ordered in-shop, for collection, or for delivery. Your tenth drink (up to the value of a standard hot or cold drink) is free. The card resets after redemption. Blend Club has no cash value and can't be exchanged for money. See Blend Club for full details.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Cyprus consumer protection law. Beyond that, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
